Order processing times

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. However, we may process your order faster if you contact us and let us know that you need it sooner.

Shipping methods and rates

In United States we offer free Economy shipping for orders over $50. For orders under $50, the shipping costs are as follows:

Economy shipping starting at $4.90
Standard shipping starting at $6.90
Express shipping starting at $12.90

We ship via USPS, UPS, and DHL.

International shipping rates are calculated at checkout. 

Shipping times

Shipping times vary depending on the shipping method and destination. For example in US:

Free shipping and Economy typically takes 5-8 business days
Standard shipping around 3-5 business days
Express deliveries reach in 1-3 business days

During holidays, peak sales periods, unforeseen events like natural disasters, pandemics and other emergencies, order processing might be delayed up to 12 business days or more.

Shipping Internationally with standard services may take up to 21 business days. 
Faster services may deliver in just a few days.

Shipping restrictions

We do not ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
